Joe Khan for District Attorney

Joe is a devoted dad who has served as a county prosecutor, federal prosecutor, and county solicitor. Joe began his career prosecuting rape, child abuse, and domestic violence as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he convicted some of the city’s most notorious violent criminals. He then served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, taking on corrupt power in corporate boardrooms and City Halls and prosecuting crooked politicians. In 2020, Joe was appointed Solicitor of Bucks County. As County Solicitor, Joe took bold action to protect consumers, voters, and the environment, including the first county lawsuit against TikTok and other social media companies for targeting our kids. Joe and his office also drafted new laws, which were passed on a bipartisan basis, to protect Bucks County residents from fraud, corruption, and human trafficking.  He is now a partner at Curtin & Heefner, where he co-chairs the firm’s appellate section. Joe lives with his children in Doylestown.
